Swedish Party Starting up ISP

The RIAA and MPAA get a lot of their power by looking through ISP logs. Well, the Pirate Party of Sweden is looking to take that power away from the greedy… executives.
They’re planning on launching their own internet service provider, which will protect the privacy of their users, and won’t work with the RIAA or MPAA.
I really hope this catches on. Although I doubt we’ll see it in America. The laws regarding piracy are written and paid for by the RIAA and MPAA, not the voters. And they’re perfectly content with their system of suing instead of innovating. Still, it’s good to know the Swedish are fighting back against unfair laws.
