Off Beat: Possible Aurora Tonight

Look up tonight, you might just catch a rare glimpse of the aurora. On Sunday, the sun shot an abnormally high level of plasma towards our little planet. It should reach us tonight into tomorrow morning. The charged gas will interact with our magnetic field, causing brilliant lights to form across the sky. These occurances are quite rare for those of us below the arctic circle, so it’s an exciting chance to see something spectacular.
So, if it’s clear out, make sure to look up, you might just see the aurora.
